Founded in 1983 by Nikos Kaltsas – Architect-Urban Planner (Université Paris VIII Vincennes - Saint-Denis), later joined by Vasilis Kaltsas – Mechanical Engineer, Marianna Kaltsa – Architect and Ph.D. candidate at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and Anthi Letsiou – Infrastructure Engineer.
